About Marlin Compression
Founded in 2021, Marlin Compression, a subsidiary of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK), is located adjacent to the Port of Savannah, at the Port Fuel Center in Port Wentworth, Georgia. We offer a high-capacity CNG and RNG public access compression station for natural gas vehicles, specializing in fleets, delivery companies, solid waste providers, mass transit vehicles and other logistic industries.
Our goal at Marlin Compression is to play a part in improving air quality at the Port of Savannah and neighboring communities by offering natural gas as a fueling solution to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the transportation and logistics industry.
Our $3.5 million CNG station was constructed and is maintained by Southern Company, an integrated energy provider in four states with over 9 million customers.
