The Company completed the final segment of customer conversions from propane gas to natural gas in Ocean City, MD, making natural gas the primary source of low carbon energy in the area. Since the acquisition of Eastern Shore Gas (now operating as Sandpiper Energy) in 2013, our employees converted approximately 10,000 customers to natural gas service.
The Company completed the Callahan Intrastate Pipeline, bringing additional natural gas capacity to Nassau and Duval Counties in Florida. The Callahan Intrastate Pipeline lays the foundation for our natural gas distribution services to expand and offer our communities energy options that are more environmentally friendly.
